Dentist???

Tommarow i have to go to the dentist and get three teeth pulled because they should have fallen out a long time ago. they are all "baby" teeth, but they are making other teeth grow in crooked. I am going to be on "loopy gas" but i am still VERY nervous. for others who have had this done, will it hurt? will i even feel anything? any other information would be nice…

Chances are that those teeth have teeth growing right under them. They are baby teeth if baby teeth are there to long it could be bad for others. If your on Loopy gas you really won’t feel it but sometimes added onto that Loopy gas they add a little Novocaine just in case. Best thing you to do is relax it will only take 10 minutes.
If they are giving you gas- you won’t care what they do!
You are going to be awake- but out of it!
So don’t worry about a thing.
Baby teeth do not have big roots like permanent teeth- so pulling them will be a piece of cake!

I’ve gotten 2 teeth pulled out recently , it does hurt. just ask him/her to put in the needle slowly. if he jams it in then it hurts. it’ll be fine , the needle doesn’t hurt if it goes in slowly d the only thing you’ll feel is a crack when hes pulling the tooth out, but it wont hurt : )
The loopy gas (nitrous oxide) is great. It will make you laugh. Baby teeth have very tiny roots and come out easily. You should feel very little pain, if any. If you have cavities now or in the future, have your parents find a dentist that has the new water laser because you will not need to have any pain killers. The typical pain killers, Lidocaine, Procaine, Carbocaine are all dangerous hydrocarbons that form cacinogenic aniline homologs that cause cancer and are cummulative in the tissues.
Do not let any dentist put any metal in your mouth like amalgam fillings, etc. Learn about what is good and bad dentistry and do complete research on it as you get older. Do not just trust dentists know what they are doing.

When i was 12 I had a baby tooth pulled for the same reason, but i had a shot in the gums to numb the pain. the shot hurt more than anything else. HAHA. i suggest wearing headphones though because the creepy squishing gums sound is freaky when he’s actually pulling it out…it might gross you out and give you a false sense of pain. but NO…it doesnt hurt, to answer your question. If you are on the gas, you’ll have it better than i did.
Ive had baby teeth pulled before and all I can fell is the pressure. You will bleed but they give you cotton to put in your mouth. It wont hurt nearly as bad as having a root canal done if you have had one of those before. Good luck.
