No. You would need tissue grafting (gum surgery). It is usually taken from the roof of your mouth. Sorry. If no one sees it and it’s not an issue I wouldn’t worry about it, especially if you have no tooth sensitivity next to the gum line. I would not over brush. A soft toothbrush should be used all over your mouth and nice rotating motions towards the gumline should be used but not too hard. You can wear away your enamel by brushing improperly. I’ve been a dental assistant for over 12 years.
