im 15. i saw this product called DOCTORS NIGHT GUARD ADVANCED COMFORT and one of the warnings says do not use if under the age of 18,… why not??? is it realy bad or what??? and if so what else could i use for my teeth grinding while i sleep?

I have a tooth that has little enamel left that I wonder how a dentist would be able to remove it. I have this destroyed tooth for a long time but I feel no pain in it. So I just ignore it even if it continues to decay. Now I’m getting worried about it. Can this tooth be extracted through a simple tooth extraction procedure or do I have to undergo root canal procedure or other dental procedures?

I don’t think anyone that I know has the type of Herpes that causes cold sores but I am not sure. I haven’t ever gone "down there" on a guy where I could get the Herpes. How can I tell if the red sores around my lips are cold sore or just regular old acne that happens to be in an awkward place? By the way, my skin is bad(ish) so having a zit is pretty normal for me.

My dentist pulled my tooth last week on Tuesday. It still hurts but I’m also growing molars and the one near the tooth that got pulled is growing in sideways. There is a tooth between the hole and the molar so I think the molar is trying to push the middle tooth over. It really hurts and that dentist is worth crap so I have to get a new one but once I get a new one I can’t see a dentist until after June 1. (I really hope that someone can understand what I’m saying) I also think the tooth ach is giving me a ear ach. So I started taking antibiotics just so I don’t get an infection and I’m taking pain relievers. But tomorrow I have a very important training for a new job. I just don’t know how to get rid of this pain someone please help me out!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have not dental or health insurance coz I cant afford it, just fallen on some hard times but the problem is that I have had a tooth ache for the past two months and now is it affecting my other teeth.Pain killers are not working anymore. does anyone know where I can get the tooth taken out or looked at at a reasonable price in the Atlanta GA area.I do not have medicare .

What is it when you get a ringing in your ear? I haven’t heard a tail once that says that when you have a ringing in your ear that someone is talking about you….what really is it?

SO once in awhile at the edge of my lip my skin and lip will turn red, but never had a blister, i usually use chapstick or carmex and it goes away, sometimes it comes when i get nervous. I thought it was cold sores all this time, but i looked at pics and read about cold sores and cold sores are like blisters, which i never had, so what could this be??

prices and how to get dental and health insurance

I made an appointment with my dentist, but he is not available for another two and a half weeks. My gums have been bleeding for days now and are getting worse and worse. I’m worrying myself looking over information about gingivitis and peritonitis etc. Right now my gums and teeth look completely normal, they just bleed excessively when brushed. Will two and a half weeks before my dentist appointment be too long to wait? What should I do in the meantime?

I am interested in getting tooth bonding, or crowns because i think it is cheaper that veneers, does anyone know the price of having these procedures done?
yeah i think bonding might be a better option too, because my teeth are fine theyre just a little small and one of them is smaller then the one on the other side and there’s slight spaces. I am hoping bonding will work because I’m guessing its cheaper than veneers…

My current electric toothbrush has died and I need to buy a new one. I am open to suggestions. Thanks for your help.

Does anyone have a story about what their cracked tooth felt like? I am trying to figure out, as well as my dentist, if I have a cracked tooth or not. Can a chipped tooth heal on its own if I take a lot of calcium tablets? Do I have to get a dentist to fix it? Is it covered by insurance or is it considered cosmetic?

A few days ago one of my front tooth chipped (a little more than a millimeter). This is the same tooth that had a small chip prior to invisalign. My question is do I have to get it fixed right away, or should I wait until I’m done with my invisalign? (I have one more year left) My concern is that if I don’t fix it now, it might chip even more. Anyone know of any home remedies to help dry socket, after you’ve had you’re wisdom teeth removed? Also, my ear has been "plugged" for the past two days now……..are these symptoms connected?
