When can I drink coffee and exercise again?

The dentures are stained bad with coffee and tobacco. Regular over-the-counter products are not working. Is there something that is safe to use that will get them white, clean, and shiny??

I have horrible stains on my teeth from years ago. Recently, I’ve started drinking coffee sometimes twice a day, though in the past I only had a cup once or twice a week. This has cause my teeth to get even more yellow. From experience, what has worked the best for you?

My teeth are yellow from smoking and drinkng coffee. I have never used a tooth whitener, only whitening toothpaste. I have read alot of different things and im kinda scared to use any. My teeth and gums are kinda sensitive. Any suggestions on a good whitening product that actually whitens and dosn’t make your gums blister

What is the best teeth whitening tooth paste for discoloration caused by drinking tea and coffee etc (not smoking though, if that makes a difference). Please state if you know from personal experience or if you heard about it.

If you were to choose between Rembrandt (a whitening toothpaste), Mendadent (a flouride toothpaste), Colgate ( a cavity protectant toothpaste), or Crest (a regular paste)? Do you think the prices of each toothpaste will cause one brand to get a stain out better?

I have some marks on my front teeth that sound like tooth enamel loss. However, they have come on quite quickly (over a few months). How can I tell if this is staining from tea and coffee or tooth enamel loss? Can enamel loss happen that quickly?
