okay I have 4 little bright white spots on my teeth. do you think they are cavities? they are lighter than my tooth color, and are in my front teeth.

I am getting my braces off soon and I want to whiten my teeth when they are off, because I have seen people that when there braces are off they have little white spots where the brackets used to be. I have been looking around for the best home products to use. I need one that will be strong, but will not hurt or cause sensitivity to my teeth. Also something that does not cost too much money. Thanks!
