How can I treat my periodontal disease if I can’t go to the dentist?
I can’t go to the dentist because my family had to forego my insurance because of financial problems. What can I do to treat this at home? Anything in addition to brushing, flossing, and mouthwash?
Oh sorry, well my symptoms are all the symptoms of gingivitis plus a hole in each corner of my mouth between my teeth and gums.. I didn’t know what these were until the second one showed up and opened very quickly.

check around for free dental clinics at local colleges/schools of dentistry. you may have to go early and wait in line, but it sounds like you really do need professional assistance.
yep. thats all that you need… just brush floss and mouthwash daily. 2-3x’s a day…. maybe if you can you can go to the dentist and get your teeth cleaned once and then do the brushing daily yourself… it should be good…
im sorry but i cant answer you bcoz u dont tell what’s the disease is..there’s so many periodontal disease honey:)
maybe the symptoms please??
Purchase a waterpik – cordless one is 30 bucks at Target. They come w/ several tips so whole family can use it…use it every day!!! (U will make a mess until u get the hang of it
But it helps! Also – see if your local colleges have a Dental Hygiene Program – they charge anywere from 10 – 50 bucks for xrays, exam, and all the cleanings u need to get cleaned up…then its up to you to stay cleaned up!
If u go to FSU – Tallahassee Community College has a hygiene program and students usually get a free or discounted service
