How could my orthodontist make my smile appear bigger?

Hi! I’m getting my braces off next week and my orthodontist told me that if there was anything I wanted cosmetically done to my mouth I should tell him when he takes the braces off. I was just wondering.. I have a small smile and I just wanted to see if there was anything my orthodontist could do cosmetically to make my smile appear bigger? Answers are very much appreciated=]

You can have your lips removed.
I think what he means by cosmetically, he means whitening.. making your smile bigger…well lets just say its a little too late in the process…but you are sooo lucky you are getting your braces off! I still have 1.5 years to go…!
