I think all the price quotes below assume no insurance. I have a Delta Dental plan and my co-payments are 20%, so for a $750 procedure, I pay about $150 out of pocket. Did you mean a dental implant or crown? There’s a website with information on how much all kinds of things should cost:

Crown costs –

depends on where you live. I would say it’s going to be
about 1500. for the implant itself (oral surgeon’s fee) and
about 700.-1000. for the crown on it after it’s healed(dentist’s
fee) per tooth. Go in for a consultation and ask them, they’ll
be happy to tell you.
The prices listed above are correct, and the healing time is around 3-6 months before the final crown is placed.
The total fee for a tooth implant is $3000 at my dentist.
