How much does the tooth fairy give for the loss of a first tooth?

My 5 yr old daughters first tooth came out at school today.

I gave my oldest daughter 5. Now she gets two dollars per tooth. None of my younger children have lost a tooth yet. But something I do with my oldest is I give her a gold dollar coin or something interesting like a fifty cent piece or even a two dollar bill.
try getting someone else to ask her how much the tooth fairy brings (an adult friend) it might make a cute story if she says an odd number…when I was four my grandmother asked me and I said a "dollar and a penny" so that’s what I always got, a dollar and a shiny new penny, I thought it was awesome and it has made a cute story to tell.
for a first tooth we gave my nephew $5 and a new tooth brush. for every tooth after that he gets $1

always gave me like 1$. I wasn’t Not trying to be greedy or anything but all my friends got like 5 - 10 $ + candy. Lol. 
i always got a dollar for a tooth, im only 17 so prices couldnt have risen that much
I have a 9 and 7 year old. They get a whopping $5 a tooth, but that’s because that was once the smallest bill the TF had. After that, the TF was kinda stuck. I think 1-2 bucks is fine.
I think I got around $2-5.00.
Then for the rest of the lost teeth give her $.50 to a dollar.

When I was little the tooth fairy used to give me $1.00. As I got older and "found out", I told my parents I didn’t need their money and I kept the teeth:)
for my first tooth i got $1,50 but now its like $2,00
I think we gave $5 for the first tooth plus a little dollar store type prize for the first tooth.
After that a $1 a tooth.
my mom did something pretty cool when i was young, she glued glitter onto 4 quarters. i still have them! but for the longest time i thought the fairy made them special for me
It use to be a quarter when I was younger but I would say a dollar.
