I'm having Lazer Gum Surgery in 2 Days and I want to know if it will hurt?
I had a Tooth Pulled about 5 years ago and it still hasn’t grown back in. I have Braces and a few months ago, the orthodontist said I’m going to need Lazer Gum Surgery. I HATE the Dentist. They have always hurt me and so, I am terrified. Will it hurt? And what will it be like after the Surgery? Thank You!
BTW, Will they numb it with a needle?
The surgery is just to remove some gum so the tooth can start to grow.

No, if I tell you I have had about 10 but not lazer. The dentist cut the gum and clean underneath. He should give you a pain pill before that’s what he did. They numb your gum and you don’t feel a thing. Last time I had surgery for 2-1/2 hours. Remember to take the pain pill before the pain start. The dentist should give you instruction. For one thing don’t take anything hot after surgery nor take any aspirin. I never had a lazer surgery but I imagine is not as bad as what I had. Remember to buy a little ice bag and put it every 15 minutes (The dentist should tell you all about this) All of us hate the dentist but if you let it go you will lose your teeth. Most people lose their teeth due to a gum disease and not by cavity.
Well any kind of laser surgery is going to hurt. So my prognosis would be Oh yes
