What Teeth whitener will work best after braces?

I am getting my braces off soon and I want to whiten my teeth when they are off, because I have seen people that when there braces are off they have little white spots where the brackets used to be. I have been looking around for the best home products to use. I need one that will be strong, but will not hurt or cause sensitivity to my teeth. Also something that does not cost too much money. Thanks!

Whitening toothpastes don’t do very much in my experience, I have using them forever and haven’t seen any results. The thing that finally did work for me, however, was a product that I found few weeks ago. The address is http://ncane.com/7ty and I think they’re still giving away free trials if you hurry. It is the same strength stuff as they use at the dentist so I guess that is why it is so successful!
most whiteners cause some amount of sensitivity.
once you get your braces off i would start with a tooth whitening toothpaste (like Crest whitening expressions). also, if not already, i would suggest you get an electric toothbrush…they have more power than a manual one which can help whiten surface stains.
home whitening products are okay if you only use them like 1-2x per month. if you use it more, it can lead to damage or destruction of the enamel on your teeth (some of these include: strawberries, lemon with baking soda, lemon or orange peel, etc.)
probably the best home products is to combine 1 teaspoon of baking soda and a few drops of hydrogen peroxide and mix together to combine a paste…this one can actually be done 1-2x a week.
i would suggest that maybe you just do the whitening toothpaste/electric toothbrush for a while and save up some money for an OTC product (like Crest whitestrips) or custom bleaching trays and bleach from your dentist. plus, this way you can see if the whitening toothpaste/electric toothbrush will be enough…you may not need anything else.
